In Person winning bidders do not pay a buyers premium.
All online winning bidders will be charged a 10% buyer’s premium on top of their winning bid,
capped at $1,000. All winning Floor bids for Equipment will be 5% capped at $1,000 and
winning Floor bids for hay will pay 0% for BP.
Local & State sales tax applied where applicable.
We MUST HAVE A SALES TAX FORM ON FILE OR YOU WILL BE PAYING TAX!
NO EQUIPMENT OR HAY WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL AND/OR
CHECK CLEARS** NO EXCEPTIONS!
You are responsible for your own items ……. After the auctioneer says “SOLD” & your bidding
number is called IT BELONGS TO YOU and is now your responsibility.
On-line winning bidders will receive an invoice by email that will have wire instructions and sales tax
form attached to the email as a PDF.
PAYMENT:
Payment must be received in US Funds by 5pm Tuesday, September 15, 2026. You CANNOT pay
for your items online; you must contact us before 5pm the day of the auction to verify you have
received your invoice and what method of payment by calling HPL Auctions at 641-939-3180. We
accept payment via bank wire, ACH, cashier’s check, cash, money order, or company/personal
check with an attached bank letter of guarantee. We do offer Credit Card payments for $1,000 or
less with a 4% fee. Buyer can take possession of items with PAID invoice. Failure of the bidder to
submit payment by 5pm Tuesday, September 15th will result in the bidder being blocked from
participating in future auctions with no notification.
TRUCKING & DELIVERY Options:
Trucking & delivery are available within the United States. Call 641-640-0954 for a quote.
PICK UP / LOADING:
Equipment can be picked up the day of auction until 4pm. We are open M-F from 9am to 4pm. If
you cannot pick up your item during our business hours you MUST schedule a pick-up time by
calling 641-640-0954. ALL items must be off the lot by noon, September 25th NO EXCEPTIONS,
$100 loading fee will be assessed for anything after. Any equipment left on the lot by October 2nd
will be forfeited back to HPL Auctions. HPL Auctions does have a loading dock or you will need to
provide your own ramps! HPL Auctions has a telehandler & skidloader to assist with loading. We do
NOT offer rigging, disassembly services, or tools of any kind so please plan accordingly. If your load
out takes longer than 30 minutes you will be charged $100 per hour starting at the 30 minute mark &
will have to be paid before completion of loading. As with any auction all items sell AS-IS with NO
guarantees or warranties of any type. Descriptions, photos and statements made or offered by
sellers or auction staff are deemed correct but are NOT guaranteed. You are responsible for your
own physical inspections, due diligence and any bids placed. List is Subject to Change and
Consigner Delivery.
