Perry is about as laid back as they come. This is a gelding that has spent his time in a trail string, knows his job, and is perfectly content to take life at an easy pace.
He will gladly walk, trot, and lope around the arena, but the trail is where Perry really earns his keep. He is steady, sensible, and experienced—the kind you can point down the trail and simply enjoy the ride. We have had him in traffic, down dirt roads, over fallen trees, and through water, and he has handled it all without making a fuss.
Need one for paying guests? Perry knows that job. Want something the kids can enjoy? He’s happy to oblige. Husband wants to tag along? No problem. Grandma wants to ride? Saddle him up. And when Aunt Julia decides she wants to join everybody for a trail ride, Perry is your man!
