Meet “Precious,” a beautifully bred, fully registered black Canadian Percheron filly born July 19, 2025. She has a beautiful, full, natural tail and is expected to mature to a commanding 18.2+ hh. Her dam is currently on-site for viewing to showcase this filly's massive growth, height, and conformation potential.
We measured her and she currently stands at 16.1hh at only a year old
Precious has received elite, hands-on care and training since the morning she was born. True to her barn name, she possesses a wonderful, "in-your-pocket" temperament and actively leaves the herd to meet you at the gate. She has an extensive groundwork foundation, yields to pressure, lunges beautifully, respects personal space, and stands tied without fuss. She loads and trailers quietly, stands perfectly for bathing, and is exceptional for the farrier. She is 100% up to date on all farrier work, veterinary care, and deworming. She is color tested homozygous black (E/E, a/a) and is PSSM negative like her dam.
Sired by Anderson’s Silver and out of Choch’s Square Dancer ("Cadillac"), Precious has the brain, massive size, and elite foundation to excel as a hitch anchor, premium breeding mare, or powerhouse partner. (Note: Her dam is a riding mare and is also available via a separate listing).
