60 Beefmaster, Red Angus - Cows
Description
Purebred Beefmaster Cows and Beefmaster × Red Angus Females
I’m looking at an absolutely outstanding set of cattle.
A few years ago, the rancher saw how well Red Angus genetics crossed with his Beefmaster cattle. Although he had been raising registered Beefmaster breeding stock, he decided to put some really good Red Angus bulls from Holton and Sandridge Red Angus on his purebred Beefmaster cows—and the results have been phenomenal.
He raised all these females himself. The offering includes purebred Beefmaster cows with Red Angus-sired calves, a group of three-year-old pairs, and a group of bred heifers out of these same cows. The younger females are Beefmaster × Red Angus—and guys, that is one heck of a cross.
These are the kind of females you keep. They’re naturally thick, easy-fleshing cattle with excellent body condition and absolutely beautiful udders.
The bulls are only turned out for 45 days, so the cows and heifers calve within a tight 45-day window beginning the first part of January.
The rancher called me yesterday. I got on a plane last night and looked at these cattle this morning. I promise you, they are really good cattle. The quality is here from top to bottom.
Give me a shout, and let’s talk about them.Specifications
