81 Full Blood Angus, Black Baldy - Bred Heifers
Description
Powell, Wyoming – Ship in December! AI bred ONLY, calving March 22
This is a good-bodied, even set of locally sourced bred heifers with a lot of breeding and selection behind them. They are 100% black hided with approximately 20% BWFs.
The heifers were AI bred June 11–14 to Arrowhead, a proven SimAngus calving-ease sire from ABS. Arrowhead brings a combination of calving ease, muscle, shape, and maternal genetics that should make an excellent mating on these heifers. The AI-bred females are expected to calve March 20–25.
These heifers have been running out and developed on a high-roughage ration of hay, straw, silage, and barley. They are good-bodied, even cattle that have been developed practically without getting overly fleshy.
Will gate cut and sell in smaller groups, making these a good opportunity for buyers who don't need an entire semi load. Buyers can target the early AI-bred March calvers.Specifications
