18 ewes -- all 3 year-olds, plus a GORGEOUS 3 year-old ram as a "starter kit" for folks who want to get into or expand their sheep production. The ewes are all Certified Organic and Certified 100% Grass-fed by NOFA-NY. They are 50% dairy genetics and 50% White Dorper. The ram is 100% White Dorper from White Clover Sheep Farm and unrelated to the ewes (not registered and not certified). I'm selling the ewes because they were my first generation cross toward all meat production after retiring from cheesemaking. I want to move forward in transitioning my flock to purebred White Dorper, so that's why I'm selling them. I also have many daughters out of the ram, so he needs to go to a new farm.Our flock is free of footrot and CLA, and tested to ensure OPP-negative status. These ewes and ram have all been very trouble free. The ewes are super easy lambers and good mothers. they have calm dispositions, and are easy keepers!Specifications
