205 Full Blood Angus - Bred Heifers
Description
Lander, Wyoming – Ship in December; Calving in 21 Days! April 1 to April 21.
This is a front-end set of 205 Black Angus bred heifers from the NL, selected specifically to develop into productive cows. These are moderate, efficient heifers with a high-elevation background and the kind of cattle suited to tough Rocky Mountain country.
The heifers were AI bred on a synchronized program for one cycle to SAT Wolverine, followed by 21 days with cleanup bulls. The group is expected to calve April 1–21, 2027.
At approximately 980 lbs, these heifers are in a practical weight range for developing into functional, moderate-sized cows. They are currently running on meadow grass and have been selected with efficiency, durability, and the ability to handle challenging terrain in mind.
This is a front-end group purchased specifically with the goal of putting productive cows into the herd. Their high-elevation background and moderate kind make them a useful option for ranchers looking to add Black Angus females that can work in Rocky Mountain conditions.Specifications
