TJ is a sweet, sensitive and willing 16 year old registered APHA gelding that stands 15 hands tall. He is a solid sorrel paint, with flecks of white. He is current on vaccinations, farrier (barefoot year round), coggins test, and dental. I am looking for a good home for TJ.
If you are looking for a guy full of personality, TJ is it. In his younger years he was used for 4-H events and pattered on gaming events. He has a soft mouth, and doesn’t need a rough rider. Gentle pressure on his sides typically does it. He has good ground manners, lunges well, responds to gentle leg pressure, backs well and so on. I've been focusing onsoftening his bends/turns/etc. I’ve owned him for the past year and for my own health reasons, I’m looking for a good home for TJ.
TJ's prior owner rode trails, but I have not. He is broke with the potential to learn even more. He does need some maintenance. He is a smart, curious boy with more go than whoa.
