Black Bijou is the spitting image of her dam, GLR Black Jewel.
Bijou has strong bone and conformation coupled with a high luster, slick, cool, dense fleece.

Black Bijou is a solid female with a phenotypically correct frame. She has a fantastic pedigree with herd sires such as Bojack, Black Midnight, Cinders and Shavano to name just a few. Let's not forget about the powerhouse dams in her pedigree as well: Black Jewel, Black Pearls, Ni-Coal and Midnight Rock.
Bijou has garnered a total of 8 Champion/Reserve Champion banners, and 1 Judge's Choice award in her illustrious show career. She is now breeding and birthed her first cria in 2025, out of WLK Bronson. This female cria's fleece is amazing!
We are excited to get Bijou working in our herd! She will be breeding to Marksman in 2026!
