HBHC Lil Dixie Dunit is a beautiful 2019 AQHA dun mare with eye-catching color, a kind disposition on the ground, and the pedigree to make an excellent project or broodmare. Raised in Texas before coming to Maine, Dixie has had a few months of training and will walk, trot, and canter. That said, she is not suitable for beginner or inexperienced riders. She can be unpredictable when first mounted and may offer to buck or occasionally stop unexpectedly. We have worked with her several times, and she has shown improvement, but she will require a confident, capable horseman willing to continue her education. On the ground, Dixie is pleasant to handle, easy to be around, and truly stunning to look at. If you decide riding isn't the direction you want to take, she also has an attractive set of AQHA bloodlines that make her a nice broodmare prospect. Regarding her paperwork, the original AQHA registration certificate and transfer were misplaced by a previous owner. I have been working directly with both the breeder and the current recorded owner, and a duplicate certificate along with the transfer into my name is already in progress. I fully guarantee that the papers will be provided to the new owner and expect to have them very soon. You're welcome to come meet Dixie in person.
