Description
Red Granites Pookie is yet another one of our Sugarland's Challenger progeny. We are very grateful to our friends at Sugarland Alpaca Ranch for allowing us to breed to their AOA National Supreme Champion male. She has the lovely typical phenotype that Challenger passes onto his offspring.
She grows a very silky styled fleece that is exceptionally bright and uniform. She is compact in her frame, and smaller for her age. She will not be ready to breed until 2027.
Her dam is a coveted daughter of Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose and her dam is a maternal sister to: Red Granites Pecos Pete and Red Granites Pixie, both of which are foundation animals for EP Cambridge Alpaca Stud.
We would like to improve her fineness, density, and size, and therefor think that Estates Passionate Fever (eea2a2), Red Granites Legit by Val D Lsere (Eea2a3), or Red Granites Casper by Val D Lsere (eeAa2) would be excellent choices for her maiden breeding.
