We weaned a big group of calves about a month to a month and a half ago. These are productive Brahman cows that have already proven themselves and should be set up to calve again this fall.
Brahman cows are known for their longevity, heat tolerance, insect resistance, and ability to remain productive for many years. Most of these cows are in the heart of their productive lives, with a few older cows mixed in.
