For sale: Excellent bred cow-calf pair located near Dunlap, TN (Sequatchie Valley).
• Mama Cow: 5-6 years old, unregistered Belted Galloway type (beautiful black with white belt), approximately 800 lbs. Proven excellent mother. Likely 4-6 months pregnant (bred back to the same registered Red Devon bull that sired her heifer calf). Gentle disposition, grass-raised, good condition.
• Heifer Calf: Born early November 2025 (~7 months old), approximately 450 lbs. Strong, healthy, shows nice belting. Sired by registered Red Devon bull — great hybrid vigor cross combining Beltie hardiness/mothering/foraging ability with Devon beef quality, early maturity, and grass efficiency.
This is a productive, low-input pair perfect for small farms, homesteaders, or grass-based operations. They do well on pasture, have calm temperaments, and should produce quality beef or future replacements. Selling as a pair only.
