Lagertha was named after the wife of Ragnar Lothbrook and is our fav Viking Shield Maiden, we think this girl has the spirit!
KCF Phenom Noir was able to reach deep and pull out some serious color from this girl's fawn dam, but then that's his M.O. And she's not just brown.... she happens to be anointed with both a black and a gray spot - Ooh La La!! Going to gray? Black?
And wait, R. Champ in brown with a black and a gray spot, damn, she must have a nice fleece.... And she came out of second in a class of 11 to do it.
But let's talk facts. She was our finest dark alpaca of 2024 and has the longest staple length as well. Her lock structure is well formed and dense with a very high frequency crimp and no protruding primaries. Lagertha is broad chested and stovepipe straight in both the front and rear. There is nothing not to like about this one.
So she she needs to come with a breeding though right? How about KCF Denali, our stealth gray maker; or maybe.... nah, Denali it is!!
