Genuine Amy is a proven brood mare that has spent her life doing exactly that—producing big-boned, good-looking babies. We currently have one of her yearlings here, and it’s a great example of the kind of quality she throws.
She is bred to Kat N Ike Joe, a 2011 buckskin stud, and is due to have a May 2026 foal. This cross has the potential to make a very nice, eye-catching prospect.
Amy is gentle, easy to handle, and an easy keeper. She is good for the farrier and vet and is straightforward to have around. We have sat on her, but she has not been used as a riding horse, so she is being sold strictly as a brood mare.
